Zidaan Samir Thakran is a 16-year-old Year 12 student at Kings School Al Barsha in Dubai, studying within the British GCSE and A Level system. In July 2025, he founded AIsha, a youth-led community education project that expands access to practical digital learning. Zidaan led the establishment of a 20-computer lab, designed a curriculum in basic computing and coding, and trained 27 volunteers to deliver the programme. Through his leadership, AIsha has trained 1,566 students.
