Esanika Chauhan

YUG LAB is a youth-led digital and financial literacy initiative founded by Esanika Chauhan in association with KCS Foundation India. Since January 2025, it has reached over 2,200 government-school students, women and girls across Samastipur, Darbhanga and Sitamarhi, Bihar. The programme teaches computer fundamentals, professional documents, spreadsheets, online safety, bookkeeping and responsible digital payments. Esanika delivers weekend online lessons from the United Kingdom and has trained approximately 50 local trainers, enabling continued learning within communities. Through this sustainable model and fundraising for additional laboratories, YUG LAB helps underserved learners build practical skills, confidence and greater independence.
